Pastor Duriel O. Stimpson Sr is a native of Arlington, Texas. He is 37 years old and is the husband to Stephanie Stimpson. To this union God has blessed them with three beautiful children Michael, Madison, and Duriel Jr.
Pastor Stimpson is a graduate of Sam Houston High School (Arlington, Texas). He is currently pursuing a Religion degree at Baptist Missionary Association Theological Seminary (Jacksonville, Texas.)
Pastor Stimpson has been delivering the preached Word for over 12 years, and remains focused on ministry, growth, and outreach. Commissioned by God to minister to the church and community, Pastor Stimpson has a special heart for young people and enjoys encouraging them to higher standards and expectations. His life is dedicated to living by example and encouraging men and women how to live up to their full potential in Christ. Pastor Stimpson has more than a decade of teaching and counseling, which enables him to reach others with humor, warmth, transparency, and strength.
Pastor Stimpson believes in preaching and teaching the Word of God, and just as importantly, he believes that we must “live” the Word. Pastor Stimpson fervently believes the Great Commission of the Church is to go and make disciples of every man. His vision incorporates his belief that for the 21st century church to be successful we must incorporate evangelism and discipleship. He feels it is the church that has the awesome responsibility of transforming sinners into saints, the helpless into the helpful, and victims into victors. He strives daily to ensure that we are the church where the mission is to Inspire the Sinner, Ignite the Saint, and Impact the World.
